Return & Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at [bryan@thesilverviking.com] within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Exceptions Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised items made to your specifications
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, please check at the time of purchase whether your item is custom-made.
How to Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
