Thank you for shopping with The Silver Viking. All of our jewellery is handcrafted in Ireland and we take great care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched promptly.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. As all pieces are handmade, processing times may vary during busy periods.
Ireland (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping — €6.00 (estimated 2–4 business days, non-tracked)
- Tracked Shipping — €9.00 (estimated 2–4 business days, tracked via An Post)
- Express Shipping — €10.00 (estimated 1–2 business days, non-tracked)
Shipping is via An Post.
International Shipping
- International Shipping— €14.00 (Untracked)
- International Shipping — €20.00 (tracked)
We ship internationally to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and many more countries. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not collected at checkout. If applicable, these charges are payable by the customer to the shipping carrier or customs authority when the order arrives. Customs delays or additional clearance charges may vary by country and are outside The Silver Viking’s control.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
